THE LAW OF ARCHIMEDES

Have you ever enter an egg into a glass of water? What do you see ? Apparently the egg drowned, but if the water is mixed with salt to egg fly in water. Eggs are called in a state of flyed in the water. It happened because of the upward pressure force (float force) given fluids to objects dipped into it causing the weight of the object decreases.

But before we know first what it is  Archimedes force:
               force Archimedes is the amount fluids lift force equal to the weight fluids on the move objects.

The law of Archimedes :
"
The object that partially or completely is dipped in fluids will experience an upward force (float force) is proportional to the amount of weight of fluids displaced."

And mathematically, the formula of Archimedes’s law is:

For example:

Cube-shaped object with a length of 0.2 m is the specific gravity of water 1000 N/m3. What is the upward force object?
Know :  ρ     = 1000 N/m3
             g     = 10 m/s2
             Vb  = 0,2 m = 0,008 m3
Ask  : FA....... ?
Answer :
          FA = ρ . g . Vb
          FA = 1000 N/m3 x 10 m/s2 x  0,008 m3
                =  80 N

 Law of Archimedes principle in everyday life:

- Hydrometer: a tool for measuring the density of fluids relative to water.

- Pontoon bridge: the bridge using empty drums filled with air.

- Ships and submarines

- Shipyards: a tool for lifting ships to the water surface

- Air balloon

If an object is dipped into the fluids, then there are three conditions, namely:
a. float
b. fly
c. Down

               So, the conclusion is in accordance with the content objects Archimedes Law, Style Float acting on an object submerged partially or completely in a fluid is equal to the weight of the fluid displaced by the object. And :
- Objects floating said if the density of the object is smaller than the density of the fluid.
- Objects flying when said object density equal to the density of the fluid.
- Objects said to drowned when the density of the object is greater than the density of the
fluid.
