MAKE A SIMPLE MAGNET

         Magnets are objects that can pull other objects in the surrounding such as iron, steel, and cobalt. Magnetic poles are part of the magnet that has the power to pull the biggest or magnetism.

Magnet is divided into 2 that are:

1. The North Pole magnetic pole that leads to obtaining the poles of the earth.
2. The South Pole magnet that always leads to the southern hemisphere.

Tools and materials:

1. bar magnet
2. magnet needle
3. iron hammer
4. sewing needle
5. copper wire
6. Platinum wire (lead)
7. battery
8. Light bulbs (2.5 / 3.6 volt)
9. isolation
10. iron powder
11. scissors
12. Cutter
13. HVS (1 sheet)

Step-by-step experiment :

1. Prepare tools and materials needed in practical activities

2. Rub the nail with the magnet in the same direction,

3. Paste / bring the other nail bar magnet
 

4. Wrap was the nail with wire and connect it to the battery and bulb, observe what happens

 

5. Compare the results of three experiments

There are 3 ways to make a magnet:

1. Rubbing Way

A material can be made into magnets by rubbing a magnet fixed to the material repeated. Magnetism properties of the material  has a polar opposite to his abrasive magnet.

2. Electric Current Flowing Way
A material will have magnetic properties when electrified direction, but it will lose its Magnetism when the current is removed. If the electrified material large enough, then it do not change the nature of Magnetism (permanent magnet)

3. Induction Way
A material that brought near the magnet, the magnetism properties will also move to the material, but the material Magnetism properties will be lost when the magnet away from the material.
