THE FACT OF SMOKING



Smoking? who does not know smoking, many people who already consume smoking even the children who are still sitting on a bench schools were already consuming smoking.

For most people maybe smoking is a necessity. Many people who do not smoke if one day the body felt stiff and powerless. Conditions like this are in the category of addiction. It can be very dangerous as smoking contain substances that are toxic, and if the substances are inhaled or consumed by the body can cause diseases such as asthma, angina, lung cancer and health problems like listed on the packs of smoking . In fact, we already know that smoking is very dangerous. Because many of the negative effects that smoking can damage your health and body.

            Smoking habit was raised as a teenager, the factors that trigger the child to consume smoking were the first environmental factors is factors if his family because smokers usually children will also be a smoker because of the nature of a child is to imitate, the second is environmental factors such as neighborhood and friends at school and the last factor is curious and challenge young people lead the child to consume smoking.

            Smoking is very harmful for the body because smoking has many negative impacts that could damaging health of our bodies and the main content of smoking such as carbon monoxide (CO) that can result in reduced capacity blood to carry oxygen, TAR that can damage the lungs and cause cancer, nicotine that causes heart disease and impaired blood circulation, as well as other substances that are toxic to the body. Chemical substances contained in smoking is very harmful for the body. Not only cause many health related problems, smoking can also damaging your performance. Among them is the color of pale skin, sagging skin, embossed lines around the lips, wrinkles, broken teeth and gums, yellow fingers, oral cancer and hair loss. Smoke also cause a variety of disorders of the eye, which causes eye irritation, cataract and eye wrinkles. Not only damage the performance from the outside, smoking can also cause damage to the inside of our bodies. Among them is the cause of bone fragility, decreased stamina and reproductive capacity, and premature menopause. And that sure as smoking can spend our money.

                  Besides to self harmful smoking also damaging the people around us with smoking, and we all know that passive smokers is worse than in active smokers.

But from the negative effects of smoking also has a positive impact for the merchants that smoking get the job and they can work to support the family and the many people who get jobs in places smoking companies.



But however smoking can still destroy our bodies and our health disturbing because of the fact smoking can destroy the body and our health from the outside or from inside, because a lot of people who have died from smoking, smoking deaths are increasing in the world. So you should avoid smoking if we want to live healthy. never ever tried smoking to those who have never tried it because if one tries to make us addicted. just treat our bodies by not consuming smoking
.
